Durability: Antique Tables Made Daily, Inc. designs and builds your furniture with the intention that it will last for generations. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.
Warranty: Antique Tables Made Daily, Inc. warrants your product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year. Transportation costs to return furniture to our workshop for warranty repairs is our responsibility. Any furniture that, in our sole opinion, has been abused or mistreated will not be covered by this warranty.
Furniture Care and Cleaning: Furniture polish or wax is generally not needed since it lies on top of the finish and will build up over time. We recommend cleaning your table with a warm damp cloth and anti-bacterial dish soap.
Scratches and Dents: Most scratches can be colored in with furniture touch up markers. When writing on Pine furniture, it’s recommended to use a writing pad to avoid indentations.
Heat, Moisture, and Food: Be sure to use heat protectors on your furniture as hot objects can leave cloudy white marks. Your furniture is finished with a lacquer and sealer that prevents water spots or food stains.
Harmful Chemicals and Color Changes: Products with chemicals (ie: acetone nail products, air fresheners, lacquer or paint thinner) will strip the furniture finish immediately. Sunlight can darken the color of cherry wood so it’s best to avoid leaving objects in the same spot on your furniture for the first six months.
Orders: When you place your order, an order confirmation and a copy of this policy will be provided to you. Please keep them for your records. All pricing is subject to the approval of the bookkeeper. The final balance for credit card orders will be processed when furniture is complete (and prior to delivery) unless otherwise specified.
Change Orders: If you want to make changes to your furniture order before it is built, there is no additional charge. If you want to make changes to your order after it has been built or delivered, additional fees will apply including another delivery charge if it has been delivered. If you accept your furniture from our truck and attempt to return it later for changes, your additional fees will include pickup and re-delivery fees. It is better to send the furniture back upon delivery and incur one re-delivery fee than two fees for a later pickup and re-delivery.
Pick Ups: You may pick up your furniture from our location between Tuesday-Saturday, 10a-5p. Be sure to bring your own packing material (ie: moving blankets). On Saturdays, for larger furniture, it is recommended you bring another person to load your furniture into your vehicle as we may not have the staff available to help you.
Returns: When you receive your furniture, if you are not satisfied with it because it was designed incorrectly and does not reflect what was on your order confirmation, you may return your furniture immediately for a full refund or replacement.
- If your furniture is delivered by our driver(s), please inspect your furniture thoroughly before the driver(s) leave. If it is damaged or defective, do not accept it. Send it back in on our truck before the driver(s) leave your residence/business.
- If your furniture was crated and shipped, it must be returned with all of the original packaging in place. Cost of the return shipping will be covered by us. If your furniture is shipped and the crate is damaged or defective, do not accept it from the carrier. Please send it back or the shipping charges will be incurred by you.
We will replace your damaged or defective furniture at our cost or give you a full refund as long as you have followed the return instructions.
Cancellations: There is a 5% cancellation charge if you wish to cancel and your order is not built. There is a 10% cancellation charge if you wish to cancel and your order is built but not yet received.
