MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER ~ Tom Von Fange
For over twenty-five years, Antique Tables Made Daily has been custom-building authentic farm table look-a-likes. We are located in Rappahannock County, VA and deliver to homes and historical residences throughout the U.S. Our featured styles including French, Shaker, Tavern, Irish, Mission, Pedestal and Trestle. We also custom-build servers, islands, coffee tables, end tables, desks and benches. We offer a wide selection of chairs/barstools: Windsors, Ladderbacks, Backless, Wheatlands, Capris, Birdcages, Lorilles, Arrowbacks, and Thumbacks.
Original farm tables were often too short for chairs or just too worn out after years of use. At Antique Tables Made Daily, we carefully recreate the look of historic farm tables and furniture. Our furniture is hand-crafted with American hardwoods, pine, and reclaimed antique lumber. I personally select kiln-dried lumber and oversee every grain match. Table surfaces can be hand-planed to give an authentic antique look-and-feel. Table tops are dowelled with wooden pegs and all legs are pegged and joined to the base frame. We use a sealer/lacquer treatment that is resistant to food and water spots. Your finished product can be custom-sized as well as custom-stained and will be branded and signed by one craftsman. We want to be sure your furniture is built with the quality made to meet your specifications.
